Evergreen Village is a resident-owned senior cooperative nestled in the rolling countryside of Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania. Our community brings together independent living, open green spaces, and the warmth of neighbors who know one another. We are about 30 minutes from the Pocono Mountains and approximately 15 minutes from the shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences of downtown Stroudsburg.
Nearby, the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area follows the free-flowing Delaware River through forested hills and scenic countryside. At home, our own small lake and open spaces offer residents a peaceful setting to enjoy the changing seasons.
